Harvesting Nettle in the Springtime.

This week in Herb Lab we had the chance to play in the mud and harvest some Spring nettles at Doris Ranch. It was rough weather, but that made it more fun and challenging. We picked nettle and got our hands stung. We were inspired by Anna Bradley and the Get Outside mantra.

All of the events we mentioned can be found at our friend’s website Events on Herb Rally.

Herbal 101

We answered questions from Terri on herbs for small dogs and from Ruthie on Real Herbalism Radio shows 1-65.

Herbs in the News

We did not cover an herbal news article.

We need your questions.

If we use your question in Herbalism 101 we will send you Natural Nutrition for free. Natural Nutrition is available on our store. This easy to read resource is a brightly illustrated primer on vitamins and minerals. It includes both food sources and herbs that naturally fill your life with good health. This guide includes basic nutrients, where common sources are and why you should eat them. As an added bonus, we have included sources of probiotics, complete protein and an easy guide to hydration.
