Harvesting Nettle in the Springtime.

This week in Herb Lab we had the chance to play in the mud and harvest some Spring nettles at Doris Ranch. It was rough weather, but that made it more fun and challenging. We picked nettle and got our hands stung. We were inspired by Anna Bradley and the Get Outside mantra.
