Podcast Show 133: Herb Lab – Dr. Bill Rawls – Perspectives on Modern Herbalism
Being a better herbalist requires constant education about the changing face of herbalism. There are many resources available to learn about new studies on herbs and much of it reaches into areas which tools of science and technology are exposing all the time. The trick is to be sure you are checking reputable sources and asking questions.
This topic is a favorite for both Sue and Candace as it is one of the foundations of their website, books and podcast. Checking these resources have helped them expand into more professional and well-rounded healers. They discuss some of their valued botanical allies including licorice – the subject of April 2018 Herbal Nerd Society Herb of the Month focus.
