Healthy Bone and Joint Cocktail Recipe

I got a recipe for Healthy Bone and Joint Cocktail from my massage therapist because my knees and joints often feel a little sore in the mornings. I modified it to use some of the herbs I keep on hand. It's meant to be taken at night, about half an hour before sleep, because when you sleep your body does the bulk of its recovery and repair work. My massage therapist said the nutrients this cocktail offers give your bones and joints a particular boost. On the morning after I drink Healthy Bone and Joint Cocktail, I've noticed I rarely feel sore at all, so I reckon it's working splendidly.
