Herbal Harvest Prep for Winter with Nicole Telkes – Show 202
During these lazy, hazy days of summer (and fall) when temperatures are rising, the last thing most of us are thinking about is winter’s chilly grip…unless, of course, you are an herbalist!
Today, we’re talking with Nicole Telkes, author, clinical herbalist and director of the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine about harvesting herbs for winter herbal remedies.
