Elderberry Immune Tea

Elderberry Immune Tea

This tasty tea is designed to keep the body safe from nasty winter viruses. Nettle fortifies the body while Green Tea adds much needed antioxidants. Elderberry is a sweet addition that guards against viruses. Use organic herbs to be sure your body doesn’t have to fight off additional pesticides too.

Ingredients

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • a resealable container large enough to hold the finished product
  • a label

Procedure

  1. Pour the herbs into the mixing bowl and gently stir them with a spoon. Try not to break up the plant parts since this will release the essential oils.
  2. Pour the mix into a resealable container.

Storage and Use

Store your Elderberry Immune Tea Mix in a labeled resealable container in a cool dark place.
